The United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) in Ukraine, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus, is launching a training program for proactive women leading the digitalization of public services.

This is one of several CDTO Campus programs that combine practical knowledge and leadership skills necessary for effective public sector digitalization.

Based on national and international best cases and practices, the program aims to

  • Promote a deep understanding of the competencies of the CDTO position and the digital transformation manager's portfolio of tools that will help them perform their duties efficiently and effectively
  • Acquire soft skills - leadership and other non-technical skills needed to initiate and implement disruptive digital projects
  • Increase the representation of women in the digital public sphere and address related gender stereotypes and biases

Program Format and Duration

The Leadership Program for Women will run for six months, from April 4 to September 27, 2024. The training will consist of four modules, which will be held in the format of 17 weekly webinars and a two-day offline training in Kyiv in May.
