CDTO Campus continues to roll out new programs. February 28th - Start of the short course «EU4DigitalUA: Personal data protection»

Over the next two months, the current CDTOs will improve their expertise in digital-related personal data protection in accordance with the criteria of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), a regulatory document within the European Union's legislation on the protection of personal data.

The program's faculty includes leading experts from the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD). They will deliver 10 lectures with a focus on the practical application of the knowledge gained, during which government digital project managers will learn

  • The basics of personal data protection
  • Ethical standards and risks in the use of AI and biometric technologies;
  • Data anonymizing and pseudonymizing tools;
  • Privacy principles in product development;
  • Challenges in the IoT ecosystem and the implications of 5G.

The program was developed by the International and Ibero-American Foundation for Administration and Public Policies (FIIAPP), with financial support from EU4DigitalUA.
