Training under the «UNDP: Leadership Program for Women Involved in Digitalization of Public Services»

A 6-month training program for women leaders of national digital transformation continues. The program includes webinars, an offline meeting in Kyiv, and a study tour to Sweden.

The «UNDP: Leadership Program for Women Involved in the Digitalization of Public Services» has 20 participants who are already attending webinars and actively participating in the learning process.

The program includes 17 webinars where women leaders of digital transformation will

  • Improve their hard and soft skills needed to implement powerful digital projects
  • Have the opportunity to actively participate in networking, which will contribute to developing the Ukrainian women's community in the public sector.

After completing the online part of the program, participants will attend a two-day training session in Kyiv.

The program will culminate in a study tour to Sweden.

At the first meeting, the participants listened to an introductory speech by Valeriia Ionan, Deputy Minister of Digital Transformation for European Integration, and a webinar by Tetyana Prykhodko, Coordinator of Regional Digitalization and Innovation, an analyst at the Ministry of Digital Transformation and the East Europe Foundation, on the central and regional dimensions of public sector digitalization.

The program is being implemented within the framework of the «DIIA Support Project» implemented by UNDP in Ukraine with financial support from Sweden, together with the Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine and CDTO Campus.
