The world-class expert in public sector digitization spoke to students about Mexico's digital transformation, its best projects, and the challenges of implementing them

As part of the Digital Transformation of Public Administration, Yolanda Martinez, Project Manager of the Gov Stack Initiative of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU), gave a guest lecture.

The speaker talked in detail about Mexico's digital transformation, the gob.mx e-services platform, digital government, and its steps to overcome the country's biggest challenges, such as population inequality, low trust in the state due to corruption, and insufficient productivity of public services.

In addition, the program participants learned from the speaker about other visionary projects of the Mexican digital government that are popular among the country's population and recognized as improving citizens' lives. One such project is the Digital Inclusion Initiative, which provides digital financial literacy courses to Mexican women.
